Blackberry Cobbler
Need:
9 by 12 inch pan
2 pie crusts (Pillsbury comes with 2 in a box)
5 cups of blackberries (half frozen, half fresh)
1 sticks of butter
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
¼ cup mountain dew (secret ingredient)
1 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Mixture
-Melt butter; add vanilla, mountain dew, and brown sugar
-Once melted and brown sugar is no longer “grainy” but completely liquids
-Add blackberries (they should be thawed out before adding
Crust
-put the pie crust in the pan, completely covering the bottom of the pan.
Once the pie crust in down,
Add the mixture into the pan
Then place the other crust on top to add appeal.
*bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
